Eagle Guard Pty Ltd was founded with a singular purpose: to bridge the gap between clinical rehabilitation and everyday living for Australians with disability and age-related conditions.
We deliver support across two primary categories — Assist Life Stage Transition and Development Life Skills — alongside a growing suite of specialised programs in cognitive rehabilitation, dementia support, physical wellness, and assistive technology.
